During the consideration of the issue, the attention was aimed upon the "difficult situation in the sphere of building, including domicile and mortgage lending". In particular it was stated that in the first six month of the current year the decrease in building has taken place for the first time of last 7 years (in last year for the same period the increase was 15,8%) The finance situation in the sphere also deteriorates.
It is also was mentioned that the mortgage lending of house building is also getting worse. The scope of mortgage has increased in two times and for the first six month of the current year the increase is hardly observed, the interest rate has increased almost in a quarter.
The Committee has adopted the resolution in order to support the bill of law on The State Budget of Ukraine in year 2009 regarding the allotment of assets on:
building (buying) of the dwelling for the different categories of public servants, military men, judges and other categories (the sum 1 663 mln.grn.;
allotment of concessional loans to separate ctegories of citizens for the building (reconstruction), buying of dwelling (the sum 215 mln.grn) and state guaranties due to the obligations of The State Mortgage Lending Institution (the sum 1000 mln.grn);
partial compensation of the interest rate of banking credits for the young families and single young people for building (recinstruction) of the dwelling (the sum 127 mln.grn.);
the replenishment of the statute assets of The State Mortgage UInstitution (the sum 100 mln.grn.) and statute assets of the state banks(the sum 1 600 mln.grn.)
